No more searching under your router table to adjust the height of your router!

Turning the removable 3/4" solid arboron handle with quick speed knob is all you need to do to adjust the height of your router. Drop it in - adjust - take it out.

Raising and lowering your router is a snap with the new ROUT-R-LIFT™. No more searching under your router table to find the adjustment on your router. With the ROUT-R-LIFT™, drop the knob in place on the TOP of your table and turn. When your finished adjusting simply take out the knob. It is that easy and that precise.

Driven by a belt-pulley system, you can adjust your router up to 2-1/2" up or down. The ROUT-R-LIFT™ handle when dropped into the thru hole turns a timing belt pulley which rotates the timing belt which in turn rotates the other timing belt pulley which is attached to a threaded spindle. Every revolution of this spindle raises or lowers the carriage plate .050" and

Both the Table Insert (top plate) and the Carriage plate are made of high grade 6061 aluminum. Your router is mounted to a solid aluminum carriage which rides on two 3/4" diameter solid steel shafts which are pressed into a 1" x 1-1/2" solid aluminum bar. We have even reinforced the table insert plate with. All aluminum and steel components are accurately machined on one of our CNC Milling Centers.

The ROUT-R-LIFT™ is built like a tank.

  The main insert plate is 11-3/4" x 14-3/4" x 3/16" Solid Aluminum anodized for durability. One revolution of the solid 3/4" phenolic quick speed knob equals 0.050". The router opening on the insert plate without the inserts is 3-5/8".  Engraved increments on the top of the Rout-R-Lift™ make accurately adjusting the height of your router simple. A 1 1/2" diameter insert is shipped with the Lift.

The Rout-R-Lift™ carriage plate, where you will mount your router is 8" x 8-1/2" solid aluminum with a clear anodize. Engraved circles aid in mounting your router. Mounting your router is easy. Clamp the sub-base of your router to the carriage plate, drill and countersink your holes to match your sub-base, remove the sub-base and attach your router directly to the aluminum Rout-R-Lift™ carriage plate. 

The Rout-R-Lift™ can easily be taken out of your table if you need to change your bit or if you need to use your router outside of your table.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Mast-R-Fence

The Mast-R-FenceT is a truly unique design in router table fences which sets this apart from the pack. Quality extruded and anodized for durability this fence will hold up to the toughest routing. Fits all tables from 24" to 32" wide and 1/2" to 1-1/2" thick.

The fence glides back and forth on guide rails and locks in position with two 1-1/2 diameter by 4" long knobs. Each of the guide rails contain scales that move to provide a "zero" reference for any bit. The Mast-R-Fence includes solid 3/4" phenolic adjustable fence faces for zero clearance around the router bit. Forward tilting fence scale.
